Voluntary Software Developer - WPS EC Helper
Lead software developer for a suite of tools helping the technical support department for one of the U.S's largest pharmaceutical companies.
This experience not only helped me develop my programming skills during my days in school and the COVID lockdowns, but drastically improved KPIs for the support department during one of their busiest periods due to the demand of pharmaceutical equipment as a result of the pandemic.

During this time I attended colleague and graduated with A-Level certifications in Computer Science and Photography, along with a BTEC in Business Studies

F2F is my side project in which I provide various networking installation jobs, such as data cabling, network configuration, CCTV installations, security system installs, etc.

IT Support Analyst - MSP in Berkshire
IT Support Analyst for an MSP primarily providing managed IT services to the educational sector.
My day-to-day role involves me working through tickets to resolve customers technical issues confidently and promptly, whilst making sure my team meet all KPIs and SLAs.
I also occasionally perform field work such as managed service visits as well as assist on technical projects, migrations, audits, etc.
